The organizing committee thinks highly of advertising and promotion before exhibition. To ensure the quality of our advertising work,we comprehensively engineer,track and feedback this exhibition.
1. Pre-advertising
(1)Planning Commissioners of our organizing committee forge alliances with a lot of professional newspaper and magazines in this industry to advertise widely. Besides, we also cooperate with more than 120 relevant industrial websites, over 160 Wechat Public Platform, more than 50 mass media and relevant organizations both domestic and overseas to release expo information and invitation with proper orientation.(Such as Asian Pump, Global Valve, Warm Cubic,“Automobile Heating”,“Radiator Train”,China Floor Heating,China Hvac,“Liaoning Floor Heating”,“Northwest Heating”,China Construction Engineering Information, Jinan Times, Qilu Evening News, Shandong TV, etc.)
(2)Build up a sharing platform integrating ‘physical exhibition + online exhibition + moving exhibition ’to provide more online and offline exposure opportunities.
2. Associations Cooperation
We cooperate with Shandong Gas Association,Shandong  Building Energy Conservation Association,Shandong Clean Heating Industry Alliance,Guangdong Gas Heating Hot Water Coiler Chamber of Commerce Central Heating Branch of Shandong Urban Economic Society and many other relevant associations, to provide multiple exhibition space for exhibitors through forum, interactive activities and experiential activities.
3. Visitors Invitation
(1)We set up professional advertising teams to attend domestic and overseas exhibitions and forum conference for sending exhibitors information. For domestic and overseas professional buyers and end-users, we send information by express mail.
(2)We invited the major water heating materials markets from Hebei, Jiangsu, Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Zhejiang, 17 cities of Shandong, etc. for cooperation to promote the show with our best effort.
(3)Through media, partners, trade associations, chamber of commerce and many other ways, this exhibition did a lot of publicity on domestic and overseas professional media before and during the exhibition for strengthening its presence in this industry.
(4)To provide domestic and overseas exhibitors with professional quality buyers through millions of purchasing information items. With the "one to one" manual call method for tracking and screening,the professional customers can select high-quality purchasers based on the market demand, and establish a good purchasing negotiation platform. Meanwhile, we advertise for enlarging the propaganda; through website, emails, short message, outdoor advertisement, magazines and Wechat promotion, etc.
